In this Unboxing Video Pt 1 – Opening, Content & Instructions, we discuss the items in the box, how they are used and necessary information to know BEFORE installing the PTO Link® System onto the tractor and implements for the very first time (See Pt 2 for Install & Connecting Tips).

While the system is quick and easy to install and connect… there are specific things you MUST DO before installing it. Because the PTO Link® adds 4.5 to 5 inches to your overall driveline length: 4.5″ (the Compact) and 5″ (the SD and HD systems), you will need to measure your driveline slide distance and remaining available space AFTER installing, to determine if your driveline needs to be adjusted BEFORE the initial use (see video at woocommerce-473924-5391706.cloudwaysapps.com/install/).

Knowing which PTO Link® system best fits your tractor based on horsepower and implement sizes is also critical to assure the best experience and safety requirements. We have 3 Systems to select from: the Compact* (Rated up to 40HP), the SD (20HP – 100HP), the HD (35HP – 130HP).

** The Compact System is specifically designed to work for smaller tractor PTO splines (less than 3 inches), but can also be used on standard PTO spline lengths (up to 40 HP).
The Compact is the required system for certain tractor models: Kubota BX, B & LX Series, John Deere 2520, Kioti CS2510, Yanmar SA424, New Holland Workmaster 25S, Cub Cadet 6284D, Bad Boy 3026 and LS MT125, which are not compatible with our SD or HD systems.

Note: Most other tractors (20 HP to 130 HP) are compatible with our PTO Link® SD or HD models, so IF your tractor model is NOT listed above and your tractor spline length is greater than 3″, the PTO Link® SD or HD Systems are your alternate options.
